The Creative Coalition Festival organised by Creative UK, the organisation formerly known as the Creative Industries Federation, ran 1-3 Feb and fetured a wide range of subjects coveirng creativity primarirltiy int eh creative induistires with some attwentoon made to its role in eder society and education.

As ever, primary education was largely overlooked, so we seized the opportunity to hold a live stream at the end of the week from our cardboard Mars base camp we’d set up outside BBC Television Centre to remind delegates of the words of Lord Heseltine:

“If you want an industrial strategy, you need to start in Primary School”

And we launched the #OurMillion22 Campaign calling on Creative Carers to help us to raise a Million Quids to Inspire a Million Kids to Aim Higher Than High with their Creativity and Community.

Will you chip in a quid here?
